Blog & Exam Grade

Students,

I will enter the final grades on Monday — I do not believe in sending in grades on a Friday. It’s bad luck.

To get your blog & exam grade:

Email: Brian the TA at: briankish.ta@gmail.com

Say hello, Tell him what class you’re in, your name, and your TA.

He will respond over the next week to get back to you. He has a job, and a life, so give him time but he will get it done.

Remember, if you have an issue with the blog grade — check the previous post to see those who did exceptionally well… then consider debating me on your grade.

Congrats to those who did A and A+ work, there are several of you for sure!!

Hey Everyone,

Important info! WOOOO!!! The blog posts are finished!

First, I am working on a way to get you all your blog grades. With three of the five TAs away (graduation or traveling), I am attempting to get ONE of the remaining TAs to be the one you will all email.

Look for a follow-up post with that…

I will look (and hope to) finish the final grades by tomorrow but I have until Monday, and it’s supposed to be nice out for the next few days. So cut me some slack. 🙂

When you get the grades (remember, I’ll send a follow-up soon), and you’re not happy with your grades, look at these below.

While far from perfect, with their flaws, these are just… solid. Not EVERYONE who received an A is up here, but these are the ones that stood out for me.

To those who didn’t receive the grade you want: hey, it happens, i could be wrong but before you complain… look at them and realize why you got what you did.

I think you can understand why these are As.

Great work and it was a pleasure reading your blog. Hope you all get to watch season 2!

Thanks again for coming last night — hope you enjoyed the guest speakers and The Newsroom discussion.

Though we never got to Media Law, please have it read and Media Ethics for our final week next week.

I guarantee they will be on the final exam (and electronic news chapter too), though I have yet to make the complete exam up. Will do that over the weekend.

Your final posts for The Newsroom are due, don’t be late. Do your best because these are the ones I am checking.

Dates to know:

Week 13, the coming week is your final week to get in extra credit. Only exception is working on the commencement.

Wednesday, May 15th 6:00-7:30pm, end of year party, interested in joining it’s in the TV Center, in the basement of Whitehead.
